Pilates for Parkinson’s Mat Class
This entry-level mat class is designed for people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. The class will focus on strengthening the core muscles and on gentle stretches of the spine and limbs. We will use eqipment such as the ball and BOSU to challenge balance and use flex-bands and fitness circles for resistance training.

Pacific NW Pilates has the best teacher trainer program. Taking classes with Jean, Leslie, and Melanie has been fun and they give a wealth of information in every class. They each have an excellent understanding of every individual being different and how to approach these differences with care and appropriate modifications.
