Our laboratory is the place to ask questions and gather information about how your body is designed and the mechanics of breathing. With this understanding you will have the opportunity in class to choose activities and experiment with the new information, thereby providing yourself with more choices.

At the completion of six classes you will have gained strategies to accurately determine what is appropriate breathing and moving for each moment, creating more efficiency in your daily life and reducing fatigue.

This class is taught by Carol Levin, certified by Alexander Technique International.

    Review of Taj Yoga, January 25, 2009

    I've been studying with Theresa Elliott for ten plus years and her classes are always a kick; high energy and enlightening. She incorporates many styles and is tremendously inventive and creative rooted on a solid understanding of anatomy and movement. She takes care to make poses accessible and safe with the use of props or adaptations for students of all levels and abilities. The atmosphere in her classes is always open and lively with little woo-woo. The Taj Studio is big and light with high ceilings and maple floors.
